  1. Read Raman Maharshi's teachings / Zen precepts.
  2. Relax. Play a chant of "Om Namah Shivaya" / "Hari Om Namo Narayana".
  3. Recite "Don't Think" / "Don't Fear" / "Don't Fret" / "Don't Dream" / "Don't Sleep" / "Don't Wish" / "Don't Hope" / "Don't Hate" / "Don't Love" / "Neti Neti" in every breath and dispel all sorts of thoughts.
  4. Repeat Guru Mantra / Ishta Mantra with every breath.
